1. Service Description
Pynapio provides:
- AI-powered wine pairing recommendations
- Wine cellar management
- Local wine deal discovery
- Subscription-based premium features
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use Pynapio.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Protecting login credentials
- Activities under your account
4. Subscriptions
Pynapio offers recurring monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Subscriptions may include:
- Free trials
- Automatic renewal
- Upgrades and downgrades
- Prorated billing adjustments
Pricing may change in the future with notice.
5. Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan until cancellation.
6. Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions through:
- Stripe Customer Portal
- Account billing settings
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
8. Availability
Features such as Local Deals may only be available in selected cities during rollout phases.
9. AI Recommendations
Wine pairings and recommendations are informational only and may not always reflect personal taste preferences.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse the service
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Upload unlawful content
- Interfere with platform security
11. Limitation of Liability
Pynapio is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pynapio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
