1. Subscription Refunds
Pynapio subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billed.
However, refund requests may be considered in cases of:
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Technical billing errors
- Unauthorized purchases
2. Trial Periods
Users may cancel during the 14-day free trial period to avoid charges.
3. Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless required by law.
4. Upgrade/Downgrade Adjustments
When upgrading between plans, unused subscription value may be prorated through Stripe's billing system.
